|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, the building is nice and so is the environment created by staff residents. There is very rarely a dull moment around here and it is like living in a five star resort. Justin and Chase in leasing are involved and responsive when there is an issue or concern, maintenance is prompt and professional, and the bar manager Tyler and his entire staff make living here awesome. The only thing I can’t give 5 stars is the parking, but I drive a truck and I think you kind of sign up for that downtown, but the spots are small for normal cars too

|Recommended: YesThree Light is the BEST The building itself is beyond compare but its really the people that make living here an absolute stellar experience. I've lived downtown since 2017 and can tell you the staff at ALL the Lights is incredibly efficient and extremely customer focused. They have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to care for their tenants customers. ESPECIALLY Chase I' have worked with Chase now over several years and 3 apartments He makes it an easy choice and leasing experience. He is trustworthy, friendly, and extremely competent. I can honestly say the staff are more like friends than employees. Simply THE BEST
